Participants work with lecturers in a lecture and discussion format, completing the training courses that allow focusing on personality and systems which are being managed by the participants. Combining different approaches and working with the theory and methodology of innovative strategy development allow seeing and finding new ways of evolvement and transformation for business, government, cultural and humanitarian institutions.
